4 Natural Beauty Hacks Busy Moms Should Know

Are you a busy stay-at-home mom or full-time worker? Do you feel like you have so much on your plate that you don’t have time to feel fabulous but you are dying to still be glamorous?

We feel you, mommy. To help you out, here are some beauty hacks that you must know about:

Apple Cider Vinegar

Forgot to turn in at aisle 12 for that conditioner of yours and you’re in desperate need of one? Just go to your kitchen cupboard and you can make all that frown go away. Apple Cider Vinegar helps tame tame that tangles and frizz. Use it as a rinse. This will also leave your hair super shiny! If you’re worrying about the smell, no need to. The smell won’t stay after your hair is dry. Just don’t rinse with it everyday.

Coffee Filter Paper

You might ask what this one’s for. Well, it’s for your T-Zone. Yes, that’s right! Instead of panicking when you’ve ran out of oil control films, you can, again, turn to your kitchen cupboard and use one of your unused coffee filter paper. Just use it as you would use your normal oil control film, and voila! Oil free face for you!

Olive Oil

This one is a definite remedy if you want longer, thicker lashes. You might think that it’s a waste of budget to go to a salon and have your lashes extended, but still, girls will be girls. We want to look glamorous.
For this one, just apply a bit of olive oil on your lashes at night with a clean spoolie, or if you don’t want to use one or you don’t have extra, a cotton bud can do the trick.
Also if you have light lashes, you can use this as a replacement for a normal mascara help darken the look of your lashes.

Cornstarch

All of us agree to the fact that shampooing your hair everyday helps you to feel clean but it doesn’t do a great deal of help to your hair. It damages every bit of it. So our natural tendency would be to shampoo every other day. Thank God for dry shampoo right?

But if you’ve well, suddenly ran out of your hair saving dry shampoo, just turn to your kitchen cupboard. Get your cornstarch and brush it through your hair. It won’t have the same refreshing smell as your spray dry shampoo, but that would help do the trick.
